Brooklyn Fields Estate (Stage 1 to Stage 5)

Enviro Culture Services has partnered with the developer since the project's inception, helping shape the landscape and environmental vision from early planning through to on-ground delivery as the subdivision stages were released.

Our scope has included extensive street tree masterplanning and planting, creating shaded, character-filled avenues that will mature with the neighbourhood. We have designed and delivered welcoming community parks and playgrounds, providing varied and vibrant recreational spaces for families while embedding high-quality landscape outcomes throughout the estate.

A defining feature of the project is the establishment of purpose-built wetland basins, designed to conform with the Office of Environment & Heritage Management Plan to create breeding habitat for the threatened species Sloane's Froglet. Carefully constructed and revegetated, these wetlands not only manage stormwater naturally but also support biodiversity at a regional level. Their performance and ecological design have since become a benchmark for wetland delivery across surrounding developments.

Outside the estate boundaries, our team carried out significant offset planting works, reinforcing local habitat corridors and contributing to lasting environmental benefits. (See Woolshed Creek in Project Gallery)

As Brooklyn Fields continues to grow, Enviro Culture Services is proud to be continuing the journey into future stages. Building on the strong foundations already in place, we'll keep shaping streets, parks, wetlands and habitat corridors so the community evolves thoughtfully and consistently.
